Q: Where do you get your products from?
A: We primarily sell rare and discontinued items. So given the nature of our stock, we source from collectors, retailers, other suppliers and various other channels. For any used or pre-loved products we sell, we ensure all items are tested and checked to ensure that you receive a quality product.
Q: My item has not arrived! Can you help please?
A: Absolutely! We ship most items immediately via Amazon, who are our chosen fulfilment and shipping partner. And for some items we occasionally use Royal Mail.
However once a package is in the hands of the postage gods, it’s beyond our control. We'd love to tell you that couriers are perfect, but I’m afraid they’re not and occasionally items get delayed, they damage them or they lose them. Get in touch and we will do everything we can to help!
Q: My item is faulty. What is your returns policy?
A: We are happy to take back any products that arrive and are found to be faulty. We will give you a full refund should this be the case.
Q: Your sets seem quite expensive! Why would I pay then when I can get if from LEGO® for way less?
A: Actually you can't. We only sell discontinued items. So it's stuff the manufacturer doesn't make or sell any more - hence the price! But what that means is for that reason our sets are pretty special. Because who doesn't love saying "you can't get that in the shops!".
